2. Using state of the art reverse engineering software a computer generated solid model of the part is created.
3. The sample material is lab tested to determine the exact chemical composition and hardness.
4. An engineer from BOLT will contact your machinery repair manager to discuss the conditions that the machine part operates under, such as ambient temperature, moisture/chemical levels, and normal loads exerted on the part. Often a superior machine part can be produced by changing the material composition or using a different heat treat process. This will drastically increase part life.
5. A free price quotation is generated.
6. Mechanical drawings of the machine part are produced for manufacturing.
7. The new replacement machine parts are manufactured in our facility.
8. Each part is precision inspected to ensure that it is within tolerance and works correctly the first time.
