SPECIFICATION:
General: Label and ribbon "kits" include labels and ribbons designed to run most effectively on ID Technology Model 250 label printer-applicators. Kits include matched length rolls of labels and ribbons such that downtime associated with supply replenishment is minimized. Routine cleaning can improve print quality as well as print head life. Kits are packaged in sealed containers such that humidity is constant and no contaminants are introduced.
Label Material: The face sheet must be a premium, coated thermal transfer paper. The liner must be a 40# bleached super-calendered Kraft paper with a silicone release coating, featuring high internal strength, toughness, and tear resistance. The adhesive must be a All Temp acrylic formulation with good adhesion to many substrates, particularly corrugated.
Label Size: The label size must be 3.0" wide and 2.0" long with 0.125" radius corners.
